What's the matter with Fergie's face?

Something was a little off on American Idol last night… Oh yeah, it was Fergie's face.

Fergie - WENNFergie made a guest appearance on American Idol last night that left many wondering what the heck she did to her face.

The Black Eyed Peas singer appeared in a Marilyn Monroe-type dress, looking swollen and waxen all at once. Her lips reached near-Lisa Rinna proportions and her mouth was the only part of her face that moved.

So what's the deal? Botox abuse? Collagen addiction? Ryan Seacrest had the stones to ask Fergie's husband Josh Duhamel what the heck is up with his wife's face when the actor stopped by the American Idol host's radio show this morning.

"I thought she looked amazing," Duhamel said.

"It's amazing. You put a different color on your lips and, uh, rumors fly. But she's the same, she's the same Fergie…I sleep right next to her every night. I like it."

Mmmm hmmm. And if you believe that, there's this great bridge in Brooklyn for sale...

Jennifer Aniston may be 42 years old, but she looks a full decade younger! What's her secret? The actress recently opened up about Botox, plastic surgery and aging in Hollywood.

Jennifer Aniston is known as much for her sunny blond hair, fabulous skin and figure as she is for her movies . The single star of Just Go with It told Red magazine that aging naturally is "beautiful," however, Aniston admits she has used Botox in the past, but didn't like its "hard" effects.

"I make my living from my expressions, so it's not a great thing to do," she said in a previous interview.

So how does she keep her skin so radiant? The former Friends star told Red she uses "state-of-the-art serums" and a California facialist.

Even though it has been rumored that Aniston had a nose job earlier in her career, she denies it and says too much plastic surgery can make you look older.

"A lot of women go too far and end up looking a hell of a lot older than they actually are and it sort of has a reverse effect. So talk to me in 10 years," she said.

Aniston admits, however, she will not totally rule out plastic surgery as she gets older. "I will never, ever say 'never' about anything. And I don't think there's anything wrong with making yourself feel better."

Jill Zarin of Real Housewives of New York City explains her changed appearance is from a knife-free facelift which she says has taken years off of her face. What is a knife-free facelift, you ask? Zarin explains.

The web was abuzz whenReal Housewives of New York City's Jill Zarin showed up at the TV Land Awards with a brand new face. Many speculated that the 47-year-old had a facelift and a nose job, however, Zarin insists her new looks required no plastic surgery.

"I have a liquid facelift every six months. It really works. No knives!" she tells People. The "new" Zarin is pictured right, while the "old" Zarin is pictured left.

Jill Zarin plastic surgery

A liquid facelift uses only injectables, says Zarin. She spends $1,000-$3,000 for treatments in which her dermatologist, Dr. Patricia Wexler, uses fillers along the jaw line and up the sides of her face. Zarin says she has been getting treatments for a year.

She says it hurts a little, but the pain is minimal. "I won't say it doesn't hurt, but it's 100 percent worth it. She took ten years off my face."

The Real Housewives of NYC star also admits to getting Botox on her forehead, in between her eyes and in her neck for 10 years, but denies a nose job.

"[Makeup artist Jim Crawford] put brown contouring makeup on my nose and thinned it out," she says. He also explained that getting rid of the bangs also gave her a new look.

Would she consider plastic surgery in the future? "All the sudden if I woke up with jowls, that's it, I'm going under the knife," she admits.

The gossip mill is ramped up to full speed this morning with rumors that Bristol Palin has undergone some sort of plastic surgery procedure. Photos of the infamous young mother from earlier this week are adding fuel to the fire. See for yourself.

Has Bristol Palin had plastic surgery? While there isn't yet any official word on the rumor, there's plenty of speculation based on photos of Bristol at a Candie's Foundation event held on May 3. Take a look at the Bristol Palin photos and judge for yourself.

Here is Bristol in 2010...

And here she is on May 3, 2011...

Wow, she looks great! Almost unrecognizable. If you had happened upon this picture, would you have even known it was Bristol Palin?

During her stint on Dancing With the Stars, Bristol lost weight as many contestants do, and it looks like she's kept the exercise up since then, if not stepped up her game even more! Yet a number of gossip websites are alluding that Bristol has had work done, pointing out her now more angular jawline and pronounced cheekbones as evidence.

We think it's possible that weight loss, new fabulous hair and make-up are creating the illusion, but then again we also thought those 'Brad and Angelina are hooking up' rumors were just trash. Couldn't have been more wrong about that one!

One thing is for sure, if Bristol Palin wanted plastic surgery she certainly would be able to afford it. The abstinence spokeswoman earned a whopping $260,000 in just one year for her appearance fees.

Is the Bristol Palin plastic surgery rumor nothing but talk, or does she look a little too good to be true?

How convenient! Bristol Palin thrilled with corrective -- not plastic -- surgery results

Where there's smoke, there's fire... and where there's a makeover too good to be true, you better believe there is the work of a very expensive doctor. The new and improved Bristol Palin is now confessing she did in fact have some work done on her face.

Bristol Palin

It seems that the Bristol Palin plastic surgery rumors of last week weren't far off the mark. While the abstinence spokeswoman won't admit to plastic surgery, she is coming clean about having a medical procedure done.

"It's not plastic surgery," the 20-year-old tells Us Weekly. "I had corrective jaw surgery."

So you see, in December 2010 Bristol Palin had a procedure done for medical reasons that just happened to give her a fab new profile, a fact she is well aware of.

"Yes," she admits, "It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons... so my jaw and teeth could properly realign... I don't obsess over my face."

Still, "I am absolutely thrilled with the results," she gushes. "I look older, more mature, and don't have as much of a chubby little baby face!"

While it's hard to disagree with Bristol's assessment of her new looks , it's not easy to see someone so young go under the knife. Bristol is just 20 years old and has a two-year-old son -- perhaps some of these changes would have come on their own in time, without surgery.

Of course, like she said, Bristol Palin didn't get plastic surgery. The doctor who corrected her jaw is just really, really good.

Are you buying Bristol Palin's no plastic surgery claims?

Kathy Griffin slams Bristol Palin's new face

Kathy Griffin unleashed a brutal attack on the results of Bristol Palin's recent plastic surgery. Griffin says Sarah Palin's daughter looks like Jay Leno.

bristol palin plastic surgeryKathy Griffin has never been known for holding back when it comes to her jokes, and in her new comedy special she lays a scathing smack-down on Bristol Palin's post-plastic surgery face.

"So Bristol Palin has this brand new chin, and I swear to God she looks like Jay Leno," Griffin starts. "It's like she took a picture of Jay Leno, went to the dentist and said, 'Can I have this?' I mean, I'm just saying. It's like out there."

Then Griffin reads out loud the statement that Sarah Palin's daughter released regarding her surgical procedures. In the statement, Bristol claims to have had "corrective jaw surgery." It continues, "The surgery was necessary for medical reasons."

Griffin, who's no stranger to plastic surgery herself, comments, "No, that's true because when I had my first face lift it was because I was fighting scurvy. And when I had my eye job it was because I had rickets."

Ouch.

"I am absolutely thrilled with the results," Palin told reporters previously of her new look. In her first appearance after undergoing surgery, it was clear she had done something radical to her face. Her chin is markedly different, her face is narrower and her brow seems higher.

Heidi Montag drops to 103 pounds with 14-hour workouts

Heidi Montag isn't one to take the onset of bikini season lightly. The reality star, famous for her plastic surgery habit, spoke about her intense gym routine in preparation for this past weekend's Vegas pool party.

After being a daily tabloid staple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt quietly dropped off the radar last year. Turns out Heidi spent that time at home, dining on pie and fried chicken. A return to the spotlight in a bikini had her hitting the gym -- hard!

Heidi Montag told Us Weekly, "I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, 'I have to be in shape.'"

The 5-foot-2 party girl continued, "And I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding, eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."

Heidi Montag, who had 10 cosmetic surgery procedures done in one day in 2009, claims her highest weight was 130 pounds. After her all-day gym workouts? She's down 27 pounds and weighs just 103 pounds... with size F implants.

"My breasts, because they're so big, really needed some time," Heidi Montag explained of taking a year off from working out after her surgeries. "So I'm just starting to work out again after my surgery. Sometimes I get shooting pains, but I hear that's normal."

Also in Vegas at Sin City's Wet Republic on Saturday was Crystal Harris, Hugh Hefner's runaway bride. Booze, bikini babes and a heap-load of drama -- sounds like a Vegas party!

Kris Jenner gets a little nip/tuck before Kim Kardashian’s highly publicized wedding.

Kim Kardashian isn't the only one preparing for her upcoming August wedding -- her mom Kris Jenner is as well! The Kardashian matriarch got a facelift recently so she will look refreshed for her daughter's upcoming nuptials.

Check out her before and after facelift photo below!

Kris Jenner before and after facelift

In fact, it sounds like it was Kim who encouraged her mom to go under the knife!

"Kim will walk by me and discreetly whisper into my ear, 'Gobble, gobble.' That means, 'Mom, it would be nice if you got your chin tucked,'"Kris recently said.

"I'm blessed to have great skin and you can't fake great skin," Kris says. "There is no plastic surgery in the world that's as good as just genetically being blessed with great skin."

But, she has never been opposed to plastic surgery. "If you want to do something plastic surgery related and it's within your means, go for it. If you think it will result in a fabulous improvement, go for it."

The 55-year-old's plastic surgery is, of course, all documented on their E! reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

In a sneak peek of the documented facelift , Kris gets nervous while waiting to undergo surgery. "I've never had such a stressful morning, honestly, in my life," she says.

"Don't cry," Kim says, reassuring her mom pre-surgery. "If you're scared, you don't have to do it. I'm sure people are scared all the time."

Kim is then seen with her bandaged mom after the surgery, telling her, "Mom, you look fab. You look gorgeous."

Khloe Kardashian said the facelift happened "about a month ago" and mom Kris "looks amazing."

"They say you are supposed to have a lot of swelling for a week or so after, but I didn't notice," she said.

Bachelor alum and Bachelor Pad 2 star Vienna Girardi has a new boyfriend and a new nose to go along with him! The reality star tweeted about her plastic surgery recovery.

Vienna Girardi nose job

Bachelor alum Vienna Girardi is not keeping her plastic surgery a secret. The reality star, who broke it off with fiancé Jake Pavelka last year, has a new boyfriend and a new look!

Vienna, 25, got a nose job by Dr. Franklin Rose, who happens to be the father of Bachelor Pad 2 co-star Erica Rose.

"I want my surgery to be looked at as [a] positive reflection of how I feel. If it makes you feel better about yourself then DO IT," Vienna tweeted. "Couldn't wear makeup during my ET interview [because] of surgery... [Don't] judge me."

Vienna told Us Weekly that she decided to undergo rhinoplasty because she was not happy with what she saw in the mirror. "Sometimes our beauty is seen differently from within ourselves than what reflects in society's mirror," she said. "I went through life questioning myself in the mirror, but my reflection smiles now... If it makes you feel better about yourself, then I say do it."

Vienna has not unveiled her new look yet, but says she is in a lot of pain.

"It has only been a few days since my surgery and I'm in a ton of pain but the excitement of seeing my new nose soon is keeping me in good spirits," she said.

Denise Richards regrets getting her boob jobs

Denise Richards has spilled the beans when it comes to her very personal plastic surgery procedures. She got breast implants -- twice.

denise richards breastsDenise Richards says she totally regrets getting breast implants on two occasions.

The first time, the star says, she was a mere 19 years old and feeling "vulnerable."

"When I was 19, a doctor put in bigger implants than what I asked for," the actress-turned-reality TV star tellsUs Weekly in a candid interview about the lengths she has gone to in order to make her body beautiful.

"I was in such a hurry to get them that I didn't research my doctor. I just thought because they're a plastic surgeon, they must be good," she says. "You have to be your advocate for your own body and ask 100 questions."

Years later, she decided she wanted to fix what the first surgeon had done, but the second surgeon decided it would be best to put even bigger implants in this time around. Richards says she regrets it now, especially as she looks back on her mindset at the time.

"I felt very vulnerable," Richards confesses. "I was getting ready to film Wild Things, and I didn't want to get into a lawsuit with some plastic surgeon. It wasn't right what the doctor did, but it is what it is."

Despite going under the knife twice with mixed results, Richards decided to take it all off for Playboy magazine in 2004.

"I wanted to encourage women that it's OK to embrace your sexuality even though you're a mom," she says. "At the same time, I was having some problems in my marriage [to Charlie Sheen] and I didn't feel sexy and felt I had to prove something."

Today? "I'm happy with them now, but in a year that could change," Richards says of her breasts.

Bristol Palin has admitted to having cosmetic surgery on her jawline -- but the sister of her baby daddy says she has had much more work than that done.

Bristol Palin

Mercede Johnston says that Bristol Palin has had a lot more work done than she's letting on -- and that she's been going under the knife for years.

The sister of Levi Johnston, who has a son with the daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, reveals that Bristol has had at least five surgeries.

"She's had numerous surgeries on her face, her chin twice or three times," Mercede told Playboy.

"Before Tripp was born she had liposuction here and liposuction elsewhere -- I'm not supposed to say because Levi made me promise."

"And she had something else done after Tripp was born."

Bristol Palin had plastic surgery on her jawline, which she claims was corrective, not cosmetic.

Ali Lohan's new face not from plastic surgery, says rep

Ali Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s little sister, created a buzz when she was spotted out with what many thought was a completely new face! Did Ali undergo plastic surgery—or is she all natural? Her publicist speaks out.

Ali Lohan has always been known in the past as the cute, younger sister of Lindsay Lohan– however she was spotted out this week looking dramatically different, causing many to speculate she underwent plastic surgery. The aspiring model looked remarkably thinner and her face looked more angular and mature than in the past.

Ali Lohan before and after

Her rep Steve Honig spoke out today, saying the 17-year-old's changing looks are due to "normal teenage growth," not plastic surgery.

"Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it. Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that," Honig says. "During the past two years, she has gone through a normal teenage growth spurt that has made her taller and slimmer. It has also slightly changed the composure of her face, all of which is typical of what happens to kids in their mid to late teens. It's what most people refer to as the awkward stage. Ali is growing up, that's all."

Ali's modeling agency gave a similar statement, saying they can "confirm" that she has not had any plastic surgery. "As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age."

Plastic surgeon Dr. Gary Alter from the show Dr. 90210 said that it looks like she has had Botox. "It's obvious to me that her eyebrows are higher than they were before. There doesn't appear to be much movement on her forehead, and she looks like she has had Botox," he tells RadarOnline.

True, but simply plucking or waxing your eyebrows in a new shape could also make them look higher.

Another plastic surgeon, Dr. Alex Karidis, says she may have had inject able fillers. "Ali has lost a drastic amount of weight which has exaggerated her jawline and skeletal features," he said."She looks like she's had injectable fillers in her cheekbones as they are lot more defined now. It would be a quick and easy procedure to do especially if she wants to enhance her features as a new model."

Where did Miley Cyrus get those boobs?

Did Miley Cyrus get some chest enhancements? Some doctors are saying she did. What do you think?

Miley Cyrus might have got a boob jobOur week wouldn't be complete without debating whether or not a female celebrity got a boob job. Luckily, Miley Cyrus fills the void for us this week, thanks to the low-cut dress she wore to the CNN: A Tribute to Heroes ceremony this weekend.

"Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done," Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics in Colorado told Star. "She might have had small implants, which is nice, because she is a small girl with a small frame."

New Jersey plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt agreed. "The outline of the implants are clearly visible in the inner lower portions of her breasts. Even a large weight gain would not produce breast enhancement to this degree without implants!"

We've reached out to Cyrus' reps to get a statement on Boobgate.

Cyrus looks great, implants or no implants. She's young and rich -- why shouldn't she spend her cash on something she wants?

Besides, the Hannah Montana star doesn't really care what we think -- only God can judge her.

"My faith is very important to me," she said in a 2010 Glamour interview. "Let me make it clear, though -- I am a Christian. Jesus is who saved me. He's what keeps me full and whole. But everyone is entitled to what they believe and what keeps them full. Hopefully, I can influence people and help them follow the same path I am on, but it is not my job to tell people what they are doing wrong."

Cate Blanchett pities the plastic surgery fools

Cate Blanchett is more of an old-fashioned gal when it comes to her beauty regimen than known as one to jump into any trends. However, there is a limit to how far she's willing to go!

Cate Blanchett

Cate Blanchett will not be caught with a freakish Botox face. The actress has shied away from modern-day beauty fixes in favor of decades and centuries old tricks for a flawless face -- but there is one traditional treatment even she considers going too far.

Cate Blanchett shared her beauty "do" list with Fashion Etc, telling the magazine:

"I use essential oil, like emu oil. [Yes, that's emu like the bird.] In indigenous Australian culture, that's the first oil they put on a baby because it's so hydrating. If you've got sunburn or you've got a scar or something it's incredible. And papaw ointment."

"Usually it's 'don't do this' and it's usually from women who have done it. Don't curl your eyelashes, and don't overpluck your eyebrows. There are certain things I won't do. I think blue eye shadow should only be applied by professionals."

"I do the old glass of lemon juice in water in the morning. It just keeps your system going. I think it's like people who get into colonic therapy — there's a logic behind it. The French have been doing it, the Egyptians did it."

More on celebrity plastic surgery from SheKnows>>

At age 42 the actress looks fantastic thanks to her willingness to borrow a bit of beauty wisdom from here and there, though she does draw one firm line in the sand. "There are certain things in ancient practices that [I won't do]," Cate Blanchett pointed out. "I'm not going to bathe in my own urine."

Cate Blanchett has no patience for directing>>

Aside from a soak in mellow yellow the mother of three also won't go under the plastic surgery knife. "There's been a decade or so of people doing intervention with their face and their body. Now that we're emerging from that people are seeing that long term it's not so great," Cate Blanchett shared of her plastic surgery views.

"I'm not sitting on a soapbox telling women what they should and shouldn't do, but I know what works for me. I'd just be too frightened about what it means long term. In the end if you have all that stuff done… in the end you just see the work. It doesn't fill me with admiration, it fills me with pity."

Ashley Judd: I have allergies, you jerks

Ashley Judd's publicist already addressed the reason behind her puffy appearance earlier this week. However, the actress wants you to hear it directly from her.

Ashley Judd blames steroids for puffiness

The publicist for Ashley Judd was quick to refute plastic surgery rumors when the actress appeared in Toronto with a super-puffy face earlier this week.

"For the record, this is unequivocally not true," Judd's rep, Cara Tripicchio, said of surgery reports. "Ashley has been battling an ongoing serious sinus infection and flu. Therefore, Ashley has been on a heavy dose of medication to overcome it so she could get on a plane and travel to Toronto and New York to fulfill her commitment of completing four consecutive days of press to promote her new show Missing."

She wasn't done.

Ashley Judd slams hip-hop "rape culture">>

"This may have contributed to her face appearing 'puffy' on the talk show in Toronto, however, anyone who is truly paying attention and not looking to perpetuate a ridiculous story can look online further at photos of her last night during an Apple Store event in NYC and see for themselves that there is zero sign of plastic surgery, puffiness, fillers, etc., that has become a silly and erroneous topic of conversation. Ashley is a natural beauty enjoying her 40s gracefully."

Methinks the lady doth protest too much.

Judd herself even replied to a fan on Twitter when asked about it. "Steroids r dramatic," she wrote. "My clothes don't fit right, hard on a girl's self esteem, so lots of positive self talk & love."

Some in the medical field doubt her claims, though. Dr. Vincent Chan, a Seattle ear, nose and throat doctor specializing in sinus disease told MSNBC that steroids used for sinus infection don't cause immediate puffiness.

Ashley Judd's memoir exposes deep dark family secrets >>

"Generally, when steroids are given for sinus infection, they're given for 10 days to two weeks," he said. "Usually those types of regimens -- steroids for sinusitis -- don't cause that sort of problem."

"It takes several weeks to a month to get that kind of puffiness," he added. "And it will be accompanied by generalized water retention. You'll be puffy everywhere."

We don't know the real truth, but we wish she'd just be honest if it was from plastic surgery. After all, country singer Faith Hill just stepped out sans makeup and looks completely different than what we're used to.

If she can embrace her "imperfections," so can you. Ashley.

Diane Keaton: "The end is in sight"

While many of her famous peers are turning to plastic surgery in hopes for eternal youth, Diane Keaton isn't afraid to admit that not only is she 66, but "the end is in sight."

Diane Keaton

At the age of 66 Diane Keaton has a lot on her mind, including her own mortality. "I worry all the time about everything, actually," the actress said in a recent interview. "I don't know how you can't worry when you're my age."

Though 66 may not seem such a high age with stars such as Betty White still opting to work at age 90, Diane Keaton has her family's health history also weighing heavily on her mind. "I'm very aware that my dad died when he was 68, and my mother was in her early 70s when her brain really started to go," the Annie Hall actress, whose mother struggled with Alzheimer's disease, explained.

Still, Diane Keaton has never turned to plastic surgery in hopes of at least looking youthful -- at least not yet.

"My thinking about plastic surgery is this," she said addressing the sometimes taboo topic directly. "I haven't had it, but never say never. Because when you do, you are definitely going to go there. I said I would never have intercourse before I was married, and I did. I said I would never go to a psychiatrist, and I spent much of my life in psychoanalysis. I've done all kinds of things I said I wouldn't do and, of course, now I'm glad. Thrilled."

"Let me tell you the best part about getting older," Diane Keaton went on to say. "The best part is that I'm still here and, because the end is in sight, I treasure it all more. That's why I don't worry about crying in a scene anymore. Now it comes easily. I know the emotion's all there."

Her words of wisdom to live by: "You have to live life all the way, you know? Take risks. Do things you can't imagine. 'Cause, hey, why not, right?"

Jenelle Evans' boob job: Can you hear me now?

Jenelle Evans is planning to get a boob job. Find out what the Teen Mom 2 star predicts setting eyes on her new set of knockers will be like!

Jenelle Evans, Jace

Jenelle Evans has high hopes for her upcoming boob job. Despite friends pleading for the Teen Mom 2 star not to go through with breast augmentation surgery, the mother of Jace predicts having new tatas will be akin to a miracle.

"When I get new boobs, I’m going to cry — I will be so touched,"Jenelle Evans said during a recent interview. "It will be like a deaf person being able to hear for the first time…"

The troubled reality star, recently arrested twice within a week's time, is reportedly planning to upgrade her chest size to "a C-cup."

A funny turn of events from last year, when Jenelle Evans ripped fellow Teen Mom 2 star Farrah Abraham for having had a boob job, tweeting during a spat, "at least I don’t have some fake a** titties."

OK! magazine reports Jenelle's boyfriend Gary Head may be, at least in part, responsible for her desire for surgery. "Gary loves Farrah’s boobs," the 20-year-old mom commented. "Mine are going to be better, though."

An unnamed insider went on to comment of Jenelle Evans' boob job plans, "Jenelle is tired of having small breasts. When she was pregnant they went up two cup sizes, but now they’ve shrunk back down to an A-cup, and she’s tired of having to wear padded bras all the time.

Jenelle Evans: Teen mom, cyberstalker, jailbird>>

"And it isn’t just the fact that they’re small that bothers her," added the loose-lipped source. "Her pregnancy basically turned them droopy, and it makes her incredibly self-conscious."

Back to the boyfriend issue, the source divulged, "Her boyfriend, Gary, says he doesn’t care, but Jenelle’s caught him checking out girls with big breasts, and her ex used to tease her a lot. When they broke up the last time, he said some horrible things about how he couldn’t wait to be with a girl that wasn’t flat as a board."

Ashley Judd says STFU about her face, please

Ashley Judd is extremely offended that we're talking about her face -- not just for herself, but on behalf of all women. Read on to find out what she has to say.

Ashley Judd

Can we please stop talking about Ashley Judd's face? Not just for her sake, she says, but for the sake of all women. The Missing actress penned a long diatribe against the media and society in general railing against sexism and patriarchy because of the rampant speculation that arose when she appeared with a markedly puffy face in the weeks before the debut of her new show.

"I choose to address it because the conversation was pointedly nasty, gendered and misogynistic, and embodies what all girls and women in our culture, to a greater or lesser degree, endure every day, in ways both outrageous and subtle,"Judd wrote in a column for The Daily Beast.

"When I have gained weight, going from my usual size two/four to a six/eight after a lazy six months of not exercising, and that weight gain shows in my face and arms, I am a 'cow' and a 'pig' and I 'better watch out' because my husband 'is looking for his second wife.' "

"News outlets with whom I do serious work, such as publishing op-eds about preventing HIV, empowering poor youth worldwide, and conflict mineral mining in Democratic Republic of Congo, all ran this 'story' without checking with my office first for verification, or offering me the dignity of the opportunity to comment," Judd complained. "It's an indictment of them that they would even consider the content printable, and that they, too, without using time-honored journalistic standards, would perpetuate with un-edifying delight such blatantly gendered, ageist and mean-spirited content."

As SheKnows reported in March, Judd's rep said the puffiness in her face that caused this whole fiasco was caused by medication for an ongoing sinus infection.

Charlize Theron is one of the most beautiful women in the world. Would she ruin those looks by going under the knife? Uh, no.

Charlize Theron says no to plastic surgery

Charlize Theron might play an evil queen obsessed with youth and beauty in Snow White and the Huntsman, but in real life she's not that concerned with the tell-tale signs of aging. The actress — featured in an Interview cover story with Kristen Stewart— said she doesn't plan on going under the knife to fix any sags or wrinkles, thanks to a healthy sense of self instilled in her by her mother.

Charlize Theron likes Michael Fassbender's junk>>

"I'm so grateful that I was raised by a mother who really instilled in me that my moral compass and achievements all had to come from a real place that had nothing to do with my beauty or how I looked. That was very big for her,"Theron said in the interview.

The South Africa-born beauty does recognize the signs of aging, though.

"I'm also now in my mid-thirties, so I look in the mirror and my face is changing, and I have a different relationship all of a sudden with myself. Your face changes, things change — that's just kind of what happens," she joked.

Charlize Theron puts her baby in a straitjacket>>

The adoptive mother of baby Jackson admitted that she might change her mind as she ages into her twilight years.

"Maybe it's different when you're in your mid-sixties. I don't know, so I don't want to make statements about where I'm gonna be in 30 years," Theron said. "But as of right now, I definitely have a different relationship with the way I look. It's not all-consuming. But I'm also human so I have days when I look in the mirror and go, 'All right ... Things are definitely changing.' I can see that."

Unlike Kim Kardashian, Ali Lohan, Bristol Palin and countless others under the Hollywood light who deny going under the knife, Trista Sutter was more than happy to talk about how she got her new bod, thanks to a doctor in Houston.

Bachelorette Trista plastic surgery

TV's first Bachelorette, Trista Sutter, turns 40 in October . With that milestone approaching, Sutter told Life & Style she decided to go under the knife "to feel pretty again."

Trista Sutter's advice to Bachelorette Emily Maynard >>

"After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated," said the mother of two.

No problem! A doctor in Houston delivered on a breast augmentation and internal lift, increasing her cup size from a small B to a full C, according to the mag.

While she was at it, the reality TV star also had an eye lift and the doc removed bags from under her peepers.

The droopy eye, Trista said, "was something that I noticed in every picture I've ever taken."

Is The Bachelorette racist? >>

Instead of denying an obvious change, or pretending like she's somehow discovered the "fountain of youth" , Trista is embracing all aspects of her new look, including how she got it.

"I realized that the surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband," Trista said, referring to husband, Ryan, who she met on the show in 2003. "He wanted me to be happy, so he said, 'Whatever you need to do to make yourself happy, go for it.'

Drastic Hollywood makeovers>>

"I wanted to feel pretty again -- and I do!"

The mere fact that those two are still together again after meeting on, of all places, The Bachelorette, is enough cause for celebration!
